Across our Elder’s programme we work with our members to support their wellbeing and physical health. Our programme encourages new friendships to develop and strengthens connections to help everyone feel part of the KLS family.
We foster a caring and supportive approach, with all members contributing whatever help they are able – whether that be lending an arm to a less mobile friend, bringing in sandwiches for someone who is less able to look after themselves, helping to set the lunch club table, encouraging a new member to get involved or maybe just a smile to brighten someone’s day.
We offer a wide range of social, creative and physical activities supporting health and wellbeing. We develop and regularly update our programme with our members to make sure it stays interesting and fun!
Please look at our exciting programme to see what’s on.
Alongside our regular activities, we also offer special extras such as trips and events and we often get involved in community project. Please get in touch if you have any ideas for project – we’d love to hear from you!
