96th AGM on 7th October – Agenda and Papers

Our 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Celebration is taking place this Wednesday 7th October at 6pm on Zoom (sign up for a FREE ticket here).

Here’s the Agenda:

  1. Apologies for absences
  2. Acceptance of the minutes for our 2019 AGM
  3. Treasurer’s report & adoption of the Settlement’s Annual Report & Accounts 2019/20
  4. Chief Executive’s report & adoption of the Settlement’s Annual Review 2019/20
  5. Election of Trustees
  6. Appointment of Auditors

This will then be followed by short presentations about our work and then a good discussion about the last year and our plans for the future. Many of our our staff and volunteers will be there to aid our discussion. Come and ask those questions you’ve been wanting to. We’ll try to make it as informative and interesting as we possibly can.
