This is suitable for anyone in Battersea who supports or manages volunteers. It is a forum to meet other people who also support volunteers, to share ideas, look at any areas to collaborate, do some problem solving and support and learn from each other.

Here’s the Agenda: 

• 10.00am – Introduction.
• 10:05 – Paula Roberston (KLS) talking about the work they do with volunteers.
• 10:20 – Time to shine! Tell us what projects you are working on.
• 10:50 – Dealing with problems you’re facing: Bring it to the table! Group work to problem solve.
• 11:10 – Bite size training: Managing difficult situations with volunteers.
• 11:30 – close.
