Wandsworth’s Equality and Fairness Commission wants to hear from you

Aaron Barbour, our Director, is one of the Commissioner for the Wandsworth Equality and Fairness Commission.

The Commission wants to ensure that everyone, no matter where they live in the borough, can have a share in its economic success, and that everyone has the opportunity to lead healthy and productive lives in financial security and in cohesive communities. It’s apolitical, is supported by ROTA and chaired by Councillor Kemi Akinola. You can find out more information about the Commission here: www.wandsworth-fairness.com

The Commission is answering a simple question: ‘What are the drivers of exclusion and inequality?’. 

Over the next three weeks, the Commission we will be listening to residents and community groups thoughts’ on Fairness and Equality in Wandsworth. There will be three online events as follows:

6th July: Health and wellbeing, community cohesion and public safety

13th July: Digital Inclusion, Skills, Housing and the Physical environment

20th July: Education and Employment
