We’re excited to share the findings from this year’s KLS Volunteer Survey! Every year, we ask our volunteers to reflect on their experiences, and their insights help us improve and shape the future of volunteering at KLS. This year, 125 active volunteers shared their thoughts, offering a fantastic snapshot of the impact they make and the value they find in volunteering with us.

Following last year’s survey, we focused on improving communication and strengthening peer-to-peer support among volunteers. This year’s feedback reaffirms that these efforts have made a real impact. We’ll continue to listen, adapt, and find ways to enhance the volunteering experience at KLS.
