Room Hire

Hire our affordable space whatever the occasion be that birthdays, conferences, meetings, rehearsals, training or parties! We can accommodate small and large groups up to 70 people, in one of our 5 rooms to hire. We’re open 7 days a week and are easy to reach with good transport links. There is on-street parking which is free after 4.30pm on weekdays and all weekend and we have free Wi-Fi.

We welcome one-off bookings, weekly classes, and long-term bookings.

Katherine Low Settlement is a not-for-profit charity with all fees designed to be as cheap as possible for people to hire and benefit from using the rooms, whilst ensuring that the charity’s costs are covered. You can book online here, or come in person.

Our five large rooms are flexible and affordable spaces-perfect for group or parties.

Art Room

Functions as space for training, small meetings, presentations, activities, parties. The Art Room is connected to our Kitchen. It has large windows on one side, opening onto a courtyard and with plenty of natural light.

Equipment: 11 tables and 18 chairs

Chapel Room

For training, meetings, conferences, presentations, parties, sports & activities. It is flooded with natural light, and has a full length mirror on the end wall.

Equipment: 8 tables and 40 chairs

Snooker Room

Light and spacious space for training, meetings, conferences, presentations, parties, sports & activities. It has a new wooden floor. Please note that there is no snooker table, just a pool table. It is called the Snooker Room because in our long history it was once used to play snooker.

Wates Room

An ideal meeting room on the ground floor of our Grade II listed building. It functions as a space for meetings, training, presentations, retreats and is also used as a crèche.
